Don’t Hold Your Breath Computer Service was established in April 2007, by Brian Decker, to provide the best computer service at the best price. I do this by focusing my business on these things:

Dependability:

There are so many choices on where to take your computer for servicing today that dependability is a must. Having integrity and trustworthiness, your computer needs are always my number one priority. I will be there whenever you need me.

Honesty:

I have always believed honesty is the best policy. There will never be any hidden or unnecessary charges. I will always be up- front about what is wrong with your computer. I’ll clearly explain the problem to you, what needs to be done to repair the problem and the cost to repair it.

Respect:

I will always treat you with courtesy, politeness and respect. I understand how frustrating computer problems can be and how upsetting it can get when things don’t work the way they’re supposed to.

Quality:

I will always give you the highest quality of service I can provide. I do this by setting high goals for myself and my business, while making a sincere effort towards knowledgeable and skillful completion of your computer needs.

Pricing:

I will always keep my prices as low as possible. My aim is not to set prices that are competitive with others but rather to provide the best quality of service at a reasonable price.
